1.Shipping Location:

We ship from Humboldt, California, USA.

2.Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 2pm pacific time on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

3.Shipping Days:

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4.Tracking:

Each order will be assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Returns and Exchanges

1.Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. We will then arrange for a replacement or a refund, based on your preference
2.Return Policy/Warranties

  • Nice Dreamz Fogger/Portable Fridge – 1 year warranty guaranteed from time of purchase that covers the replacement or repair of any defective parts or manufacturer issues, provided the product has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the provided instructions.

  • Essential Oil Containers – In the event that any jars arrive damaged during shipping, please provide a clear photo of all broken items within 2 days of delivery to facilitate replacement. If the jars do not meet your satisfaction upon arrival, kindly notify us within 7 days to initiate the return process.

  • Eco Friendly Clothing – We  cover returns or exchanges for clothing items that do not fit to your liking or shrink after washing, provided that you contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will gladly provide a return label for a refund or assist you with an exchange to ensure your satisfaction.
